“This is our country, this is our tea.”

Cofftea’s presence at the Khartoum International Fair needed to feel bigger than a branded exhibition space. The idea was to create an experience that felt unmistakably Sudanese — one that connected a familiar everyday product with the diversity of the country and the people who drink it.

Max Media developed the concept “This is our country, this is our tea,” and translated it into a 100 sqm outdoor experience inspired by Sudan’s east, west, north, and south. Cultural references were carried throughout the space through the décor, environmental branding, visual elements, and the traditional dress worn by the ushers welcoming visitors.

The project was taken from concept through design, production, and on-ground execution within a limited timeframe. This included the complete activation space, kiosk and outdoor branding, mockups, and a video wall installation that had to be adapted to work with a curved display surface.

The result was a cohesive brand experience that brought Cofftea’s message into a physical space visitors could walk through, interact with, and experience.
